People who are disciplined with their exercise regime are able manage the anger in a batter way . There is a science working behind this logic and very relevant in our conduct. The basic fact is that we can channelize our energy in a constructive way. Anger is nothing but it is one of form of force in our body which erupts in given situation.

The other important aspect is the engagement of mind in particular fashion to avoid the negative influence in our daily routine. Anger is natural phenomena and its presence cannot be denied but exercise is a good antidote to manage the anger. When we are able to harmonize the physical activity with our mind the results are astonishing. As we start challenging our fitness it allow us to control our temperament.

So another benefit of adapting some kind of physical activity in our daily life style. There are tangible advantages and amusingly non tangible gains are also quite substantial.

There are situations in life when we contradict ourselves. May be we are not very clear about our own approach and struggle to evaluate the circumstances in a right way. Differing thoughts engage us in denying the reality.
Conflicting situations are bound to come as there are no easy answers always. This also challenges our set beliefs and thoughts and open our mind to unsullied thinking terrain. Sometimes good become bad and bad look fine and this is nothing but state of mind at that juncture. Conflicts create confusions as we are not aware and sure about the path to be followed.

These are good opportunities for us to revisit our thought process .We get pain and stress in this kind of circumstances but in long term it brings varied experience to deal with the contradictions.

As an ordinary individual we always struggle with our chronological age .We are overpowered by our age to carry our self in day to day life. The stigma of getting older clearly reflected in our personality. The physical movements are curtailed to depict our physical stage. Perception overwhelmed our thoughts then the actual state of affairs. We become conscious to defy the rules which may challenge our particular stage of life. Life is described in a defined sequential manner.
The psychological age has no relation with our actual age and it defies all the rules. We must realize that what we perceive that we get. Fitness is in mind and we can only challenge the physical with mental strength. Life cycle has its own path but we can confront with the realties with great vigor if we can mend our pereception.

Whenever we are angry in any situation it takes lot of energy. We are bound to show the rage with maximum impact and it always result in exhausting our energy. The momentary outburst of power drains us. Only after a substantial period the normal state of mind reoccur

After effects give us more stress as we may take path of reconciliation or remorse. So it again demands to evolve the ways to get out of area of antagonism or conflicts. The state of hostility needs efforts to cool our nerves. As we strive for more energy to express our anger the same way cooling process also follow the same path.

The way out is seems to be simple but being a normal Human Being difficult to apply. Only viable solution in all means is to change the direction then submitting our-self to obvious stressful means of exhibiting anger. We need to save our energy for more meaningful purposes.

We all suffer from syndrome called Identity crisis. Majority of our efforts are to probe our identity in any given situation but it has been more of struggle for all of us. We camouflage with superficial identities based on Region, Religion and so on but heartening fact is still there is a void in our explanations to describe one-self.

Our distinctiveness is the real edge over others and ironically we follow the bandwagon to obvious where the crowd pulls us. We are keen to identify to get security, comfort and
Predominately reluctant to defy the rules. In dominating instances the uniqueness is superimposed and superseded by existing norms due to our identification with particular class. Even when we don’t want relate to particular group acceptance is key for survival.

Important is to respect our characteristics to live more meaningful and influential life. Once we are clear regarding our predilections its easy to come out of the syndrome called identity crisis.
